The facilities are old, the mattresses are as soft as marshmallows, the sheets can't be held up and keep turning up. The air conditioning is not effective in cooling. Having breakfast without air conditioning on a hot day

乾淨衞生，訂的三人住的套房，房子大，客廳大，吃飯，出行方便，走幾分鐘就有地鐵。地理位置優越。由於我們三個出行，訂的是三人入住的房間，不知道是什麼原因，早餐只有二份，房間的水只有二瓶，牙刷和浴巾，拖鞋也只有二份，後與大堂經理聯繫。同意給我們增加一份，由於牙刷，浴巾，拖鞋我們自己有，就沒有要，但第二天打掃衞生後，還是給了二瓶水，衹好自己在超市買了幾瓶。

酒店位置雖然靠馬路，但是晚上很安靜，床很軟很舒服，晚上能睡得香，房間很乾凈，顧客有需求，前台和保潔阿姨也能妥善處理好。早飯也挺豐富的，分中西餐，酒店周邊也有便利店和其他的小吃店，離地鐵站也近出行方便，總體而言，是目前旅遊中住的最滿意的一次酒店。下次有機會來福州，還會選擇這家。
