全季是我第一次入住，設施很新，乾淨，特別是想表揚👍下5樓打掃房間時阿姨，因為我們是廈門泉州平潭，最後一程到福州的，當天入住酒店後第二天早上起來，我朋友感冒發燒了，所以就獨自躺在酒店睡覺，我出門的時候看到阿姨在打掃別的房間，就問阿姨要礦泉水，阿姨知道後很熱情的跟我回房間送水，在我出去後，又幫我送粥和蛋給我朋友吃，太感動我們了，謝謝全季的職工！

酒店服務很好，很熱情，服務態度特別棒，衞生很乾凈，離景區近，出入很方便，整體還是十分舒適的。設施齊全，個人覺得性價比蠻高。不小心落下一件衣服，酒店很快就聯繫我們，將快遞寄回，非常靠譜，點贊👍🏻

服務軟件這方面沒話説，硬件扣分在906浴室洗澡會漏水到門廳，漏得很厲害。酒店位置很好，樓下吃東西很方便。

住過保潔最差的全季，每天房間打掃衹換了垃圾袋和毛巾，連枕頭都沒有擺整齊，起床時枕頭啥樣回來還是那樣，桌子、沙發、洗手枱更不用説了……毫無打掃痕跡，地板很臟，真的很驚訝，房間門外走廊黴味異味也很重，前台服務很好，入住還有水果飲料，但是住酒店保潔是最重要的

非常滿意的住宿，環境也好，距離三坊七巷騎車10分鐘，還有個榻榻米，喝喝茶，服務好貼心，趕火車沒來得及用早餐，還給我們拿了鳳梨酥和水果，點贊👍
