選擇這家酒店是個完美的選擇！酒店前台的小姐姐很好！進門第一眼感覺下來就是非常不錯的！環境温馨優雅，衞生乾淨整潔！地板和浴室死角都很乾凈，也沒有清理不到位的地方！也沒有缺啥東西！房間空間大，鬧中取靜！不需要按金，辦理入住也衹需要刷個身份證，退房的時候衹要將房卡歸還前台，沒有隱形消費，真的很不錯！但是以我自己整體感覺下來是非常滿意滴！下次還會選擇這裏，距離元洪城可以跟朋友去吃飯逛街，最主要的是離考場很近，堪稱完美！

酒店前台服務熱情周到，提出的問題都能用心解決。環境整體温馨，房間採光不錯，房間足夠安靜，對於我這個對睡眠質量要求比較高的人來説，感覺可以了，前台也很熱情，床鋪是踏踏米的，浴室非常大。退房時候讓前台幫我保管幾個小時包，非常好，下次還會住這裏，

酒店交通比較方便，樓下經常有巡遊出租車。房間設施：設施比較齊全。性價比：性價比非常高。早餐也很豐富，電視還可以投屏，枕頭還配了記憶枕非常舒服，值得提一點，女孩子化粧非常方便鏡子是有燈光的，非常值得推薦。

到福州旅行，也是看了很多酒店，因為孩子15了，很多酒店床型都不太合適，最後選擇了旅行家，入住的行動家大床房，2.4寬，睡一家三口沒問題。周邊吃飯很方便，離上下杭，青年廣場，解放大橋，煙台山都不遠，三坊七巷打車也很方便。因為是春節期間，物資不是很鬆快，但一定要提前預訂需求，比如我們多要一床被子當時不能實現，提前預約是可以的。總體來説不錯，衞生也可以，就是淋浴間如果加個架子能夠方便放洗面奶護髮素等用品會比較方便。推薦👍

硬件設施可以，有些設計。房間層高較高，空間開闊。酒店位置不錯，但管理和服務一言難盡。1，停車難。停車入口無明顯標識，開車根本找不到。且地下停車坡道非常難開，停車場空間促狹，極不好用。車場基本無管理，有車停在地上通道之後，進入地下停車空間極難。
2，早餐糊弄，不如價格便宜很多的快捷酒店。沒有現煮，很多食物見底後供不上。有位供餐的工作人員態度很拽。早餐還是使用紙質餐券，一台電腦擺在入口處，難道是擺設？
3，前台服務人員沒啥服務意識，張口就説住客“你錯了”。無法描述停車入口的正確方位，把重點放在跟住客爭執上，而不是解決問題上。
如此服務和管理，浪費了位置和設計，與旅行家的名字不相襯。應該是國企下屬企業

奇葩酒店，停車不方便，自駕出行不用考慮了，另外早餐是真的差，牛奶也是沖的加水那種，豆漿粉沖泡也就算了，關鍵一股薅味，過期感覺，小蛋糕直接帶冰渣
