設施非常老舊90年代風格裝修，走廊地毯很臟，房間淋浴房水量可以，但是淋蓬頭設定怪異，酒店靠在路邊上，房間晚上很吵，4樓靠內部餐廳尤其吵鬧，好在還算乾淨，服務人員都很專業有求必應，房間天天有人來整理添加水，拖鞋等等，沒辦法過年福州市區399一晚的房間靠地鐵口也就這樣了。
