Horrible experience. My booking was rejected and I had to book a different hotel. I understand there are government policies that restrict foreigners from checking in to certain hotels, but here they were very inapropriate with their behavior and cero helpful to my situation.
They refused to help out or read my translated questions. The place is smelly of cigarettes.

設施：空調感覺有點損壞，空調遙控也非常“古老但是能夠正常使用。防盜鎖損壞，沒有修復。衞生間花灑漏水。卧室窗簾有異味。
服務：辦理入住時工作人員不熟悉入住流程，需要等待。

衞生：酒店的杯子上個住客用的，沒洗，瞬間覺得噁心到了，馬桶上也有污漬，牙杯估計也沒洗，被單上也有污漬。
環境：河邊，完全不好停車，旁邊酒吧晚上很吵，樓上空調水滴到我房間的外機上，吵一整晚，商業和住宿混合，體驗一般。
服務：前台呼叫擺設，住2天也沒補充礦泉水，要我自己去要。
設施：有小愛同學語音控制這個挺好
唯一好處：地理位置優越，背後就是澳門路三坊七巷。

和三坊七巷近，地理位置好，樓下有吃的，設施等其他都很一般，還不是很隔音，隔壁説個話都聽的一清二楚，除非全市房間都沒了，否則真不敢選二次。
