1.星越影院公寓(福州南站店)地點位置極佳，主打地點比鄰福州南站，就在陽光天地購物中心7號樓，周邊路口還有夜市。
2.民宿公寓服務親切，原先沒注意是鐘點房，入住後卸完行李就去爬山，後來老闆通知才知道自己疏失，後來老闆讓我會來後改以入住一天房價格計算，也等我到晚上2200回來再補差價(減去原鐘點房後之差額)，房間寬敞地面光亮潔淨無菸味，這點最讓我寬心，雖然逢清明假期房價較平日高些，但也屬合理經濟實惠，以民宿公寓的定位標價跟提供服務來說必須給五星好評。
3.我是自由行旅客來自臺灣省南投縣，謝謝經營團隊跟所有工作人員提供的服務。真心推薦星越影院公寓值得來福州旅遊時入住體驗。

生活機能方便的地方. 高樓層看下去的福州南站風景.早上街邊的小攤.晚上路旁的小吃市集.隨身隨地日常所需.下樓就有.福州的6天5夜全部都住在這裏.福州下次再來一定回住
