Every year when traveling, I encounter various homestays and hotels. In fact, it is easy to tell whether they are serious about service or not. Some people are patient enough to ask, fearing that you are too embarrassed to ask; some people are very calculative, fearing that you will take advantage of them. Location: Very good, walking distance to Youth Square and Yantai Mountain. Service attitude: This must be discussed in detail. They were very welcoming before check-in and helped to temporarily store the luggage. A small problem occurred after checking in. At 4:30 pm, we wanted to add a quilt (we had previously communicated that the sofa bed would be used for sleeping, and the customer service told us that it would definitely be possible, but they did not prepare bedding for us) The customer service said they were off work. I was speechless. This was the first time I heard that the quilt could not be made up at 4:30 in the afternoon. This was also the first time I heard that they were off work before 4:30. Later, they finally agreed to add an extra quilt, but they only gave me one bed, a sofa bed. Don’t I need to make it up? After some communication, we added a quilt + mattress + bed sheet (as shown in the picture). Overall, the customer service ladies still mind customers making requests. It was originally a self-check-in, and the password had two levels, and the floor and room did not correspond, which was already very troublesome. It took a long time to add quilts, and later I found that disposable shoes were not enough. I was too lazy to communicate further. But before checking out, the customer service will ask you to turn off the water, electricity, and air conditioning, and ask you to take a photo for her. Finally, the bed was too soft. The three adults in our group all had back pain. People with bad backs should be careful.

The experience was good, the room was big, it was a blind choice by chance, and it was really good after arriving, so I added another night. The bus stop was opposite, and it was very convenient to take the Minjiang Heart sightseeing bus. I strongly recommend An, and I will come again next time.
