公寓房，在十六樓。離地鐵口大概一公里，打車就幾分鐘，大廈在馬路邊，晚上睡眠不好的就會感覺到車的噪音，其它還可以。

櫃檯人員服務態度很好，房間明亮乾淨寬敞，房間和棉被枕頭都沒有異味，衛生間乾淨沒有水漬，毛巾雪白乾淨，房間裡面還有提供小暖氣設備，Wi-Fi訊號穩定快速，這棟樓的3家酒店就這家最好！給滿分十分！

基本還可以，衞生間的門開關有點費勁，該有的都有，進酒店樓下應該弄些指示牌什麼的比較好找，停車方便，繞茂泰大廈一圈都可以停車，停車位不是酒店的屬於物業的，一天封頂40元。感覺比地下室方便，隔壁銀行旁邊地面也可以停沒有欄桿

第二次來福州，喜歡這座城市的煙火氣，人文濃郁，入住酒店地理位置極佳，去達道路美食街，閩江都在步行距離，酒店公寓設施齊全，便宜是最大優點，但和酒店的規範整潔是不好比的。

酒店地理位置很好，交通非常便利。背後就是永輝超市，附近就是上下杭旅遊景點，適合出差旅遊好住處，下次還選這家酒店，非常温馨舒適！

來這住了三個晚上，很安靜大年初一來住宿棉被很溫暖，老闆娘還貼心在置物櫃放了棉被給我們備用。。。從住的地方走到上下杭差不多要15分鐘左右，走路去達道地鐵站也可以，在這邊睡得很好，還提供冰箱 洗衣機真的物超所值的感謝老闆娘啦！
