設施：略舊但是打掃很乾凈，排風扇聲音有點大
衞生：頂層房間會有瓦片蟲，很小很小像螞蟻一樣在房頂，據説老房子都有無法避免，不影響居住，但是就是怕蟲人士可以找老闆看看能不能更換樓下的房子
有些傢俱有磨損的痕跡，看起來臟兮兮的但是實際上打掃的挺乾淨的
環境：老房子大隱隱於市，復古人士一定會狂喜，很有特點很有韻味，小小的門走進去卻是錯落有致的3d復古房間，三步成景，很適合穿旗袍拍照
酒店就在湖邊，但是其實看不到水，晚上開了燈以後citywalk會看到有阿公阿婆騎着摩託載着啤酒食品到橋上談天説地，好鬆弛可愛
酒店在沿街的小坡上需要爬三四十級節台階，作為弱雞讓老闆幫忙搬了行李，老闆是一個非常幹練的女性，我住在旋轉樓梯上面的房間，老闆一衹手拿着滿滿的一盤歡迎水果另一衹手拎着我的行李穩當當的上這個旋轉樓梯，我差點跪下
服務：最後請一定要期待老闆的早飯，作為一個每天早上致力要吃得像皇帝一樣的人，老闆這種一樣一口營養均衡搭配合理的飯真的讓我愛慘了，食材新鮮且講究，都不是那種很劣質的半成品，真的很暖心（晚上本來還有甜湯。。。但是路上吃太多就沒吃，喜歡夜宵的可以期待一下）

老闆娘和前台小姐姐人都很好喔 台階比較多兩個瘦瘦的女生一口氣久把大箱子搬上去了🥹還有水果送 特別有氛圍感的小民宿 鬧中取靜 待在房間裏看窗外心情就會很好 出門就是煙台山步行街 還有下午茶和調酒 很適合好朋友一起住

衞生：房間一客一換，一次性用具，一次性牙刷，一次性鼻杯子，一次性浴巾，一次性刮鬍刀。最新流行厚毛巾，最新乾淨白床單被罩，最柔軟的枕頭，像雲朵一樣的靠枕。
環境：古色古色，現代簡約。乾淨整潔，迷人微香，彷彿時光倒退⏮️，回到100年前的家🏠。
