我基本不會給差評，但這個房間實在慘不忍睹，逼仄狹小的空間，頭都伸不直，我身高1米8，不算很高，去衞生間沖涼，就要蹲着洗才行。
房間整體骯臟不堪，可以看看我發的圖片，我再也不想住此家。

這家住宿體驗超讚！老闆服務周到，提前指引停車還準備貼心早餐；房間和圖片一模一樣，床品舒適、浴室乾濕分離，細節做得很到位。位置便利，步行到地鐵站5分鐘，周邊生活設施齊全還鬧中取靜。退房時落下東西也及時幫忙處理，性價比高，推薦！🌟

第一次來福州出差，看評論本來以為環境一般，畢竟住宿的價格不高，挺有性價比的，出門在外能省就省點，房間裏面有一次性用品，窗户都是大窗户，外面景色葉還不錯，這樣的房間對於我們來説夠用了還有洗衣機可以用。

裝修很新，可以鳥瞰閩江，夜景更美。周邊配套一般，吃喝玩樂較少。因為是復室，安靜上有點欠缺。一次性面巾，質量很普通，一洗都是屑，如果能有一次性拖鞋，那會更好。

過年來這邊玩的，和朋友出行，房間很小，洗澡的花灑不方便，然後下水道堵了，半天才能把水下完，洗澡的水是儲水桶熱水器，兩個人，不夠洗，馬桶蓋子也是壞的，不過老闆還算好説話，溝通沒問題，他是網上辦入住，沒有前台，有事就發訊息

第一次住複式公寓，上下都是單獨的房間，設施齊全，不用擔心被老公的打呼聲吵到。周圍也很安靜，比市區的酒店性價比高太多了。
