Fuzhou Sanfang Qixiang Qingju Hotel

It's a 20-minute walk from Sanfang Qixiang, next to the subway entrance, very convenient. A few hours before check-in, a young man called to remind me how to check in and get to the hotel. He was very attentive and enthusiastic. The front desk lady was gentle and beautiful, and her service attitude was also very good. We originally only had one breakfast, but it was free for our family of three. The room was clean and hygienic, without any peculiar smell, and the facilities were very new. The check-in experience was great. I will stay here again next time I go to Fuzhou. 👍When I checked out, they also gave me a box of tea and children's stationery, which was very thoughtful. I have stayed at Atour many times, and this time was the worst experience. There are two reasons: 1) The hygiene is not up to standard. The first detail is the hair of the previous guest. On the first day of check-in, I found brown-yellow hair on the anti-slip mat in the bathroom. This was obviously left by the previous guest, but because it was too late, I didn't use the anti-slip mat. After washing, I called the front desk to explain. They apologized immediately and had a good attitude. They said they would record and arrange for processing. However, the hair was still there for the next two days, which means it had never been cleaned. I never used the anti-slip mat. They apologized actively, but they didn't change it, fooling the guests. 2) The hygiene is not up to standard. The second detail is the dried water stains on the bedside table. I wiped it off with wet wipes myself. I also explained this to the front desk on the first night. Later, I found that there were some light yellow spots on the washstand. Anyway, I can still wipe these by myself, but I can't stand the hair. 3) The details of the closed window were not explained. There is a window, but there is an artificial landscape outside the window. The first impression of check-in is not good. It is recommended to explain this in a prominent place on the room details page in the future.

It was my first time to go on a business trip to Fuzhou. I stayed at the Light Residence Hotel under Atour. The front desk service was very good, including the decoration which was more youthful and simple. The breakfast was also very unique. The room was also very clean and odorless.

This is my first time traveling to Fuzhou. I only passed by there before, and never visited Fuzhou city. I also learned about the history of the ancient city of Fuzhou. I checked it online. Qingju Hotel has very good reviews and is very unique. We came here because of its reputation. It is really good. The waiters are warm and hospitable. They also gave us a box of jasmine tea before leaving. I drank the most famous jasmine tea in Fujian.

The location is very good. It takes only 15 minutes to walk to Sanfang Qixiang. There is a ginger duck restaurant downstairs. It only takes 10 minutes to walk to Zhu Fugui. There is a bus and subway station downstairs, which is convenient to go anywhere. The room is clean and spacious. The pillow is very comfortable. Highly recommended
