我衹能説，這是我訂過的最爛的酒店，沒有之一。
樓梯：這裡是一棟樓裏面有若干家公寓，上下樓梯很不方便，當天來是週末剛好遇到演唱會，等了三趟才上到電梯。
房間：一進門就聞到一股濃烈的劣質香水的味道，不知道是在薰什麼
衞生：整個房間也不知道多久沒清潔了，地板一層灰，洗手池，馬桶，洗臉池的邊角都是黃色的污垢，門把手水龍頭上都是灰。
浴室：用的是電熱水器，我洗頭加洗澡用完水已經涼了，第二個人要燒半小時才能洗。最令人無語的是花灑，已經生銹了，不知道多久了，而且打開水是熱一陣冷一陣，出水也不均勻。浴室地板是光面的，一不小心就能摔倒，尤其是有沐浴露泡沫的時候。地漏下水非常慢，幾分鐘就積了一汪水。
層高：這是個複式公寓，一道門進去竟然是分上下兩個房間，層高衹有兩米左右，高點的男生進浴室一不小心就碰到頭
説一下我為什麼不換房，那天到的時候是中午，坐了一上午高鐵，已經餓到不行，加上從高鐵過來找路折騰了很久，又等了十幾分鍾電梯，到房間的時候已經沒有力氣再去折騰換房了。等看完演唱會回來洗澡的時候才更加崩潰，但深夜沒法折騰衹能連夜退了第二天的房，早上趕緊走了，
以及，退房的時候發現，週六晚上一晚是268，平時竟衹需要100出頭，我還以為268的房間衞生不至於太爛，況且這兒已經離演唱會場館十幾公里了，不至於會漲太多，沒想到這麼離譜……

房間整潔乾淨，裝修也很温馨，設施齊全，還有投影儀，浴巾和洗臉巾都是一次性，我自己準備得一次性用具基本沒用到，交通很方便，性價比高，值得推薦！

公寓酒店就在福州南站一路之隔，交通非常方便，樓下商業繁華，吃飯購物應有盡有。主要是房間乾淨整潔，投影機直接可以躺床上體驗影院效果。房間安靜，隔音效果好，晚上睡覺質量很好，不錯的選擇。
