5樓，沒電梯，爬樓梯上去。景區逛噠了一圈，提着行李，爬上去腿都軟了。住的小資大床房，房間很小，除了茶几晾衣架的地方，衹有一個過道。電視是壞的，燒水壺裡麪是黑乎乎的並且裝了滿滿一壺水。但是樓下景色不錯，適合拍照。

一個人來，索性找了個能呆一整天的酒店，一個人的話就衹能在酒店裡看看電影，然後選了這家酒店，酒店房間跟照片完全一樣，不是照騙◇本來對下雨很煩，但因為入住了這家酒店，心裏受到了很大的安慰，酒店離三坊七巷很近，第二天睛天直接就去了三坊七巷，感受了一下這座城市獨有的魅力，景色非常不錯。前台還會發很多攻略什麼的，還有防騙事項等等，總而言之，很不錯的一家酒店！房間設施：都很漂亮乾淨位置交通：福州市六一路繁華地帶，也挺好找的服務：非常熱情，而且有什麼情況都會馬上解決，房間很美，位置方便，就在就在晉安河邊上！離哪個景點都很近。前台給了超級多攻略，人好有耐心，有求必應～

房間真的很小，一個18寸行李箱打開就如圖1，洗澡房根本轉不開身，腳頂着馬桶醫洗澡。環境確實挺好，屋頂有各種道具擺拍，漢服和服要錢租。最致命是：空調出來有煙味有煙味油煙味！！！！！！他的所有房間都是可吸煙的！！！！！洗完澡立馬身上就一股煙味！！！連夜退房走人（不可退房費！）

沒有電梯，抬行李箱上樓不方便，房間太小了，有異味，枕頭臟讓工作人員重新換了枕頭套，從熱水壺裡摳出了異物，酒店所提供的用品質量都不太好
隔音不好，過道或者其他房間有人走路説話聲音很清楚，其他房間的水流聲也特別清楚，連續兩個晚上水流聲一直響，一直到兩三點都睡不着，沒辦法再忍果斷退房換酒店

酒店位置好，交通方便，乾淨衞生，價格合適，就是房間空間小，前台小姑娘服務好，有什麼問題找她，隨時幫忙。酒店頂層有個小天台，挺有味道。晚上納涼喝茶聊天不錯！

隔音確實是蠻差，有人上樓梯，經過，講話都能聽到，睡眠不好的朋友慎選，但是我睡著了就什麼都聽不到了所以也沒有很影響。
整體環境就還行吧，多乾淨也稱不上，但也沒有到不能接受的程度，就是房間裏有煙味，一點點的煙味，每次剛進去就很明顯能感覺到，待久了也就麻木了。
樓頂的天台蠻舒服，但是每天出去玩回來就已經累成狗了，所以天台其實也沒怎麼享受。
離三坊七巷還是有一定的距離的，離地鐵站也蠻遠，這個比較不方便一點，我每次都要先打的到地鐵站，回來也是一樣。
總的來説還行吧，如果是單人住，價格也不貴了，畢竟有單人房的酒店不多，如果兩個人住，不建議定這家啦，去定好一點的酒店寬敞些，我看了一下雙人房的大小，感覺非常小，不值得。

位置不錯，環境可以，露台晚上抽個煙睡個風挺個音樂很舒服。不過二個小問題，窗户隔音極差，睡眠淺的不推薦；沒有電梯，五樓對於胖子很不友好
