我是過年期間入住的，當時因為福州的房間特別不好定，大部分都貴，我入住了這家酒店公寓，450一間的房，一會兒我給大家看看圖片，你們就知道這是個什麼樣酒店了，無法形容的差，很差

先説一下公寓的地理位置挺好，出門不遠就是大路口，打車坐公交都非常便利，就是公寓外圍正在裝修，不好找。再一個因為周邊施工噪音非常大，白天在房間裏不能呆，震耳欲聾的聲音讓人有點受不了，其次公寓房間挺大的，還配了一個洗衣機，感覺挺好。就是洗澡是電熱水器，不太喜歡，基本上洗十幾分鍾就沒熱水了。網上標註的房間設施裏有電視，但我住的這個房間裏沒有。衞生還可以，床單是破的，但保潔人員説不影響用也就算了，就是在這住兩晚，身上起了好幾個包，不知道是蚊子咬的，還是不明小生物。

一分錢一分貨，房間馬桶蓋是壞的，味道大，廁所很滑，忘記拍照片了，就做好心裏準備吧

被子上有污漬 空調是臟的還有噪音 廁所馬桶抽水有問題 窗户關不緊 隔音效果差 洗澡毛巾也有污漬
