爛到家 連基本的睡眠都滿足不了。1.一個房間拆裝成兩間客房，共用一個外門，凌晨2點55，有人開外門，4點30又離開，中間還來敲我房門，估計是長租客。2.空調製冷不行且滴水。3.燒水壺裡麪電鍍層脱離銹跡斑斑。4.床很硬。

沖涼龍頭要拿着洗，洗手間門還卡着天花板，看是新開業才才單的，各人覺得不是新店，床單都不是新的

一個很小的LOFT，衞生堪憂（床單有污嘖！水池好多白白的沒搞乾淨），空調遙控器電池沒電，還的拆下來搓兩下才能用。入住的時候不用輸入密碼竟然可以進入，又是那種傳統機械密碼鎖，也沒辦法設定，導致不能外出！雖然衹是過一夜，入住體驗特別差！

勉強還行，衹適合短期住一兩天，設施很齊全，衞生還有提升空間，房型挑高一般，上樓有一點點費勁，總體還是和這個價位相匹配的

第一次來福州住的這個公寓超讚，環境優美床很大尤其電影幕看電影超讚，剛開始不會開問客服客服一部一部的教最後看的電影非常棒什麼電影都有，附近玩的吃的又多出行方便奈斯，強烈推薦大家可以放心選擇[強]
