衞生：挺乾淨的
隔音：沒聽到什麼聲音，隔音挺好的
位置：相對好找，離福州南蠻近，最開始找錯電梯稍微花了點時間
房間：老闆説升級了房型，小小感謝
因為行程變動，定了2晚，取消了1晚，取消也挺快捷的

哇塞！這個房間真心贊爆了，設施一應俱全超貼心～床鋪超舒服，一晚上好覺沒跑! 乾淨得讓人放心，環境也美滋滋的~而且南站對面就是這兒了交通超便利呀~ 老闆服務態度也超級好的説，給你五星好評妥妥的！（≧▽≦）/~┴┴

位置挺不錯，樓下就是商場，吃的喝的都有，離南站也近。但是離地鐵還需要走十分多鐘。
設施來説該有的都有，衞生間有點矮，暗衞不太通風。整套是loft分隔出來的二樓。
服務態度也可以，有需求迴應也算快。
衞生方面一般般，衹能説乍一看算乾淨，但是仔細看會發現地上桌上都有臟污，四個枕頭也是黃黃的…
總的來説位置和硬件都挺好，就是希望店家加強一下衞生方面吧。。

就在南站邊上，出來穿過地下通道，很好找。離地鐵站很近，樓下就是商場，非常方便，關鍵過年的時候，還是良心價，超級推薦。
