There were no disputes with the hotel regarding check-out or refund, and the problem was real. 1. The most basic hygiene issues in the room were not clear up. One towel was completely covered with cockroach droppings, and the other towel had unknown reddish-brown stains. During the check-in process, I found two cockroaches, one large and one small, in the middle of the road. I don't know how many there were that I didn't find. Not to mention it's close to Student Street and cheap. I travel often and have stayed in accommodations ranging from over 80 to over 300 people. Hygiene is the most basic thing, right? This place has the worst hygiene. 2. There are no paper towels in the toilet. You have to take paper towels back and forth when you go to the toilet. It is unhygienic. If the bathroom does not have dry and wet separation, it will definitely be wet. When you put the paper towels in, the paper towel box will also get wet. I went to the front desk to ask for another pack of paper towels, but the front desk refused. He told us to just use that pack. The quality of the paper wasn't that good, and we wouldn't take away such poor paper. We booked a deluxe double room, which is considered a relatively expensive room in his house. It cost more than 100 yuan. The hotel just wants to take another bag of paper and put it in the toilet, so why bother? 3. Travelers who go to bed early are advised to avoid lightning. Downstairs is the student street. Because I sleep late, I didn’t pay much attention to this problem when I booked the room. It is indeed very noisy. If you rest before 11 or 12 o’clock, Really don't come here. And at around 8 o'clock in the morning (I was deep in sleep, I don't know how early it was to start), the speakers downstairs were playing promotional messages, which was really noisy. 4. The attitude was average. When checking in, the front desk wore headphones and played with his mobile phone. He called several times but got no response and was speechless. Later, another person came and checked in. It's cheap and close to Student Street. It's not the reason why you haven't figured out the most basic things. Since you have opened a hotel, you have to do the basic things. And being close to Student Street not only brings convenience, but also the noise downstairs. This It’s not because of poor service and poor hygiene. It’s not that cheap either. For an extra thirty or forty yuan, you can book a better hotel next door. I’ve stayed in quite a few hotels.
