位置：閩江南岸，距離煙台山3公里左右，位置方便。
環境：整體輕奢裝修風格，180度觀江景，非常nice；衞生乾淨，房間無異味。房子是loft複式公寓，有大門鎖和客房鎖兩個門鎖。小區整體環境不錯。
服務：管家非常貼心，需要洗衣用品及時送到。
如有機會來還會選擇入住。

在小區裏面，位置也很好找，是自助辦理入住的公寓式的酒店，本來以為會有前台沒在意，還好在去的路上管家打電話過來加了微信自助辦理入住
本來覺得小區門口有門禁比較麻煩，但是晚上比較遲迴去的時候都直接跨進去的😂
環境：感覺裝修很高級，打掃的也很乾凈，房間真的挺大的，還有浴缸和投影儀
隔音也很好，馬桶也是自動的，來人自動打開還有加熱功能，吹風機是戴森的，特地定的浴缸🛁房，尊嘟很贊
地理位置也還算比較方便，要去的景點都在附近，打車也很近
下次來福州還要定這裏！

在沿江的小區裏，很好找，景觀很不錯，離景點也不遠，打個車6-7公里
每天會有打掃衞生。雖然房間不大，但佈局緊湊，東西也有地方可以放。總體來説，在過年當口，能訂到這樣的房間，性價比很高了！

房間非常乾淨整潔，靠近江邊，晚上夜景很漂亮，洗澡的熱水有些忽冷忽熱，不過不是很明顯，是唯一的缺點，其他都很好，推薦入住

設施：環境很棒哦，沿江高檔住宅小區的頂層，視野絕了，夜景更美，窗邊拍照跟出片
衞生：剛入門有異味，應該是廁所的反味，不過開了排氣扇一會兒就好了，房間衞生很乾凈
設施：智能馬桶，戴森電吹風就贏了很多星級酒店了，唯一缺點就是因為套房改建，隔壁還有一間客房，晚上如果隔壁作息和自己不同會比較吵
總的體驗很不錯，如果還有來福州還會入住的
