酒店周邊有萬達廣場、愛琴海，但裏面餐飲一般。大堂設於八樓。酒店周圍公交車較多，可以直達各個網紅景點。節假日，公交地鐵免費。服務員彬彬有禮，主動按壓電梯，好評。

房間大，馬桶與洗漱間分開很好，互不幹擾，服務員每天打掃衞生很乾凈，每天還有免費雪碧可樂提供，安靜，晚上睡覺踏實，交通方便，唯一遺憾是房間沒有紅茶或咖啡提供，衹有茉莉花茶，不愛喝

房間真的很棒，很乾凈，隔音也很好，因為空調沒有暖風，有點冷，跟前台反應過後立馬送過來一個暖氣！房間內高度空間大，感覺沒有那麼潮濕，早餐質量也不錯，種類齊全，也有福州小吃！很棒！最後要誇一些94號！！！本人是個大糊塗蛋！衣服掛在衣櫥裏忘記了，到另一個地方才想起來，立馬聯繫酒店，然後讓前台幫忙寄出，94號考慮事情全面，也不怕麻煩，最後我打了一個車，給我送到了新的地方，沒有耽誤我任何事兒！太棒啦！酒店有一個花園，很美，圖片在相機裏沒傳過來，真的很棒的環境！值得入住！

房間很不錯，床和床品很不錯。洗漱台小了一點，洗漱用具不錯餐飲不錯，早餐自助有福州特色，點菜口味清淡很合適。性價比挺高的。挺滿意。覺得唯一不足的是停車受限，一天一次免費進出，不應該。
