The service staff are very nice, warm and thoughtful. The facilities are also quite new. The hotel is in a good location. It is only about ten minutes by taxi from the railway station, the National Forest Park, and the Children's Park. It is also very close to Shangxiahang and the like. The transportation is very convenient. There are also many delicious small shops nearby. It is quite convenient to do anything. It is obviously more comfortable for parents and children to travel here instead of choosing the old hotel near the Children's Park. I stayed for three consecutive days. I received a surprise dessert on the last night. There was also a parting gift when I checked out. It was very thoughtful and made me very happy. 🥳

Yaduo hotel is the best hotel I have stayed in putian . The location of this hotel is excellent which is close to the city center.. Especially Mr Fan, a staff of front desk. he has very nice smile and very warm service. I'm looking forward to my next stay at this hotel. Siji hotel is the best hotel I have stayed in fu zhou . Unexpected surprise, I thought I could just find a hotel close to the high-speed rail station before returning. Unexpectedly, the environment was great, and I was upgraded to a large room where I could soak in hot springs for free. It's not crowded at all even with kids. The front desk thoughtfully prepared a child's toothbrush and slippers for the baby, and also gave me a separate breakfast coupon. The details are attentive. Tea culture is more popular here in Fuzhou. The room has a special tea table in the tatami style, as well as special spring water for making tea. The overall Chinese style and charm.

This is the our first visit to Fuzhou. I traveled with my husband and my mum. I booked 4 different hotels for a total of 9 nights in Fuzhou. Narada is the second hotel. We stayed for two nights at the private hot spring wing. Was given free upgrade upon checking in. We were then driven to our rooms by the lovely front desk lady, Xiao Li (前台小李). She is very professional, super helpful as the moment we got out of the cab, she carried all our baggages. Throughout our trip, she is always there to answer all our questions and is very warm and personable. The next morning, we then called the front desk for the buggy to pick us up to the main hotel side for breakfast. The spread is very good with both Chinese and Western cuisine. The chefs are very nice and approachable. I want to take this chance to thank the restaurant waitress, Chen Hong (陈虹). Every morning we were greeted by her superb service. She shared with us about the culture, food and places to go in Fuzhou. She really go out of the way to make us feel welcomed. Checking out was a breeze too. We just called the front desk and leave our keys in the room and head off. We then made our way to next hotel nearer to the city centre. We were shocked by the condition as the surroundings and the exterior of the hotel looked so rundown and dirty. We then decide to go back to Narada. We were again served by Xiao Li (前台小李). The moment she saw us, she immediately came to us asking if there’s anything she can help us with. We told her about our horrific encounter at the other hotel and she helped us arrange for 2 rooms at the main hotel side. She even brought us up to see the rooms before committing the stay. We also met Chen Hong (陈虹) while waiting for the rooms, she was empathic and recommended other local places and events. We were so impressed by the rooms, the hospitality and the impeccable service by Xiao Li (前台小李) and Chen Hong (西餐厅陈虹) that we decided not to move in to the city centre and stayed here for 7 more nights before our flight back to Singapore. Big thumbs up to Narada Resort & Spa, Shoukai, Fuzhou. The people there are truly amazing. Thank you very much!

Fantastic stay! The hotel's location was perfect; we could easily walk to all the major attractions, restaurants, and shops. It was such a plus not having to rely on taxis or public transport. The rooms were clean and well-maintained, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Considering the price, the value was exceptional. Definitely worth booking!

Not exactly at the Three Alley (Sanfang Qixiang) but still very central. The room was clean and comfortable. However, the cleanliness of the hot spring looked questionable. I was truly looking forward to the hot spring since I had been reading many great reviews on the hotel facilities. Nevertheless, the shortcoming of the pool was made up by the staff and the breakfast. The staff were great - enthusiastic and very helpful. We also enjoyed the rich breakfast, especially the Chinese, and Western options.
