Hyatt Regency Fuzhou Cangshan

Jinshan/Cangshan Wanda Plaza
The location is good. It's close to most everything in Fuzhou. The service is hit and miss. We easily checked in and the desk staff were helpful. The concierge was also very helpful. We stayed two nights and didn't get a full room cleaning between nights which is not like a normal Hyatt. (the hotel wasn't crowded at all) The room also wasn't overly comfortable. There are very few outlets, the overhead rainshower was terrible, and the general room layout made it feel cramped. At night, the hallways were loud as well, likely because so many people were placed on the same floor. For the price, I don't think we will stay there again. I would assume there are other better options, likely cheaper.

Overall, the stay experience this time was very good! The lady at the front desk was very welcoming and the whole check-in process was very smooth. 1. Hygiene: The hotel is clean and tidy, and the rooms are new; 2. Service: The service attitude is very good; 3. Facilities: I went to the fitness center. I was exhausted after running for 10 minutes. There is also a yoga room next to it. The swimming pool is very nice to take pictures! ! ! 4. Environment: The environment is very new and really good. The swimming pool is really beautiful! ! ! It is very suitable for a trip with girlfriends. If you come to Fuzhou next time, you will go here to experience it. Time is too short.

Fuzhou North Railway Station Area
The hotel is overall good. The guy named Lin at the front desk was very nice and patient. The waiter on the 18th floor was also very nice and took the initiative to help us hang our clothes in a sunny place. The disadvantage is that the facilities are a bit old. The breakfast is really not up to date during the Spring Festival. There is not enough space and there is not much to eat.

The room is good, the facilities are complete, the night view is beautiful, the hotel dining is very good, the price of delicious food is not expensive, there are supporting catering around (but the Spring Festival is not open) there is a small supermarket, the only downside is far from the city, the transportation depends on the bus and the online car, the subway has not been covered

🍃Environment: The overall environment is good, but the hotel has an old feeling. The water is big and comfortable. Various facilities are relatively complete. 🔔Service: There will be someone to clean in the middle of consecutive stays; if you need service, you will respond quickly.

This hotel is really a great value for money! I am very pleased that I chose this hotel. All staff at the hotel tries very hard to satisfy the customers. I can see that most staff is well trained by the hotel's management. Despite being an older hotel, everything is well maintained. I will definitely stay at this hotel again the next time I visit Fuzhou. Management, great hotel, great job ! Just to offer a comment for further improvement: I don't know why the restaurant staff doesn't seem to have a habit of collecting empty dishes during a buffet to the extent that table-top space gets very crowded. A number of times, there were waiters/waitresses standing next to my table. Although they were not busy, they still did not remove my stacking empty dishes. The staff does not seem to be lazy people. Perhaps they have not been instructed to do so. This is an unusual practice for a good hotel.
