Poor service, loud yelling and noise in the hotel, what is even more irritating is that the toilets are broken and swaying from side to side. Reporting to the front desk won't change the room. I can't sit on it when I go to the toilet. I'm afraid the toilet will fall down. Before check-out, the room is cleaned up. The luggage is still in the room. We went out and came back with the door open. Someone cleaned up the room, and no one called me to let me know. I forgot to take a photo.

酒店及房間設施總體還是不錯的，酒店的早餐也不錯 衹是一些細節不是很如意，如房間裏的椅子，沙發坐起來很不舒服，房間裏的夜燈功能也沒發現，雖是小事，影響總體滿意度。

房間還可以，服務有待加強。服務員的態度都很好，比我以前碰到的人羣素質強。但是有些細節需要注意。連住4晚了，打掃的服務員（她知道我是連住的，因為我不需要她整理床品），每天都把我才用了一點點的肥皂扔掉，給換了新的一塊肥皂，浪費。但是，衞生紙不給我補充！房間的衞生紙本來就是很小的一卷，已經用了一天，衹剩下一點點了，她居然不給我放一個備用的，也沒有給我換新的，每次都要我再去電話要。第二天特意出去的時候看到打掃的服務員和服務車在門口，也叮囑打掃衞生的阿姨給我一定要放一卷衞生紙，結果晚上回來發現還是沒有放，還是衹有剩下的那一點。這個太不合理了。尤其我第一天入住的時候，也發現沒有衞生紙，衞生間裏沒有衞生紙，也是我打電話去要的，就覺得我一直在問前台要衞生紙，就很奇怪的感覺。還有，所有的客房服務也是打到前台去的，這點也不合理，當然這個是酒店設計的問題，暫時不好解決。還有就是門口的感應燈，確實如其他人評論的那樣，沒有人的時候也會自動開關，第一晚的半夜就是一會兒開一會兒關的，所以我當機立斷要求酒店把這個燈摘了，算是解決了這個問題。還有就是毛巾不怎麼乾淨，有一塊毛巾上面有明顯的茶色污漬。同時這些毛巾浴巾都用的時間比較長了，很硬。感覺很舊。

衞生：很差，房間裏面都有灰，拖鞋裡麪也有臟東西，洗手枱上也不乾淨，第一天都沒有幫我們打掃，還要叫客房服務才來打掃衞生。
環境：不太好，房間等也暗，昏暗昏暗的，還潮濕悶熱。
服務：前台愛答不理的，感覺欠他們錢一樣。早上去前台讓他們打掃衞生，前台拿凳子排排好，躺着在睡覺。你如果睡覺，可以到休息室睡覺嘛，直接在前台睡覺，多不好。
設施：電視機太小了，房門也鬆動，窗簾也很難拉的動，床也小的可憐，翻個身就要掉下去了。

我覺得很好！前台蠻熱情的！進去的時候，還特意告訴我，有任何問題，可以打電話給她們，他們可以幫我解決！！！我特地要求送多點洗漱用品，也都滿足了！！！而且，還幫我升級了！！！停車場很大，旁邊就是區政府！！！所有單位和一二中都在這旁邊，我下次還會選擇！
