It was my first time to ski in Cocoa, and the check-in experience was beyond my imagination. When I arrived, the hotel guy helped me carry my bag and check-in was super fast! I was really satisfied with the swimming pool in the room. The smart facilities throughout the house are also relatively avant-garde and advanced. The facilities for skiing in Japan can also be experienced in Cocoa. The butler-style service is really needed by lazy people like us. Highly recommended.
