整個酒店充斥着運動的氣息，雪具雪服還可以雪板打蠟，裏面住了大部分的滑雪人，大家碰到還能一起聊聊今天滑雪場的情況…酒店環境乾淨舒適，推開窗就是雪景，地暖給力，服務人員也很熱情，性價比很高，值得推薦

酒店環境整潔，房間佈局堪稱完美，優雅又不失情調，服務周到，讓人無比舒心。給我營造了一種家的感覺，無論大處到小處都是那麼無懈可擊，這家酒店的服務員個個彬彬有禮，熱情周到
房間採光不錯，衞生也搞的挺好的，酒店房間的地方很寬闊同時熱水也比較大，洗澡的時候比較舒適
而且可以躺在床上看雪山，風景很美，下樓吃早飯順便還能看個日出

環境真是不錯 外面是雪裡麪是熱乎的地暖
酒店服務超級好 取電卡不靈前台小哥哥親自來測試 非常人性化的酒店服務 幾乎顧客合理要求有求必應
另外馬桶非常舒服（這是要劃重點的） 像是王的寶座！！！！！！
整體佈局簡約又高級
滑完雪收拾一下自己真的舒服
早餐也很豐富 下次還去

第一次來phenix感覺很不錯！酒店就在鎮上，房間很新，乾淨整潔，還有很多小細節（比如雪具可以掛牆上）真的很貼心。雪場回酒店還有班車，真的太讚了，全五星好評~

服務人員特別熱情，可能因為還是淡季，人也不多，住得挺舒服的，房間裏設定齊全，暖氣夠足，熱水也洗🉐舒服。
