"先説優點：位置佳，環境優，就在烏蘇里江邊的沙灘上，尤其是傍晚那一抹紫紅色的夕陽，確實很美，房間裏設施齊全，透過天窗，躺在床上就能看星空，車停在停車場，酒店有電瓶車可以接送客人帶行李入住，雖然離市區遠，但是酒店內有餐廳可以用餐，挺方便。再説説讓人不舒服的幾點：第一，辦理入住的時候前台接待小哥態度冷淡，就沒一點笑模樣那種，讓人心裏不爽。第二，早餐7-9點，8點半去就沒有吃的了，熱菜都沒了，包子豆漿牛奶也都涼了，就算客人少，你可以不做自助餐，做成按份分餐，起碼也能保證每個客人能有早餐吃，這一點體驗度極差。第三，我是第一次經歷酒店電話還能欠費停機的，入住的時候告訴我們拿行李出來可以打電話去接，結果一打前台電話，欠費停機，我拎着東西走到前台一問，説剛剛交費開機，好嘛，一個酒店就一部電話不説，客人溝通的渠道都保證不了，還能有什麼優質服務？"
