Give this hotel a bad review! We booked and paid for a deluxe twin room on Ctrip.com, but upon arrival we were told that the room we booked was sold out. The front desk staff switched us to a triple room, but there was garbage on the carpet in the room, woodlice were flying all over the room, and there was no water heater in the bathroom so we couldn't take a shower. We found the front desk staff and they said that two rooms share one water heater, but they didn't produce hot water anyway. We checked into the hotel in the dog days of summer and had no hot water to take a shower. We paid 202 yuan for such conditions and the front desk staff's unreasonable excuse. This hotel is terrible in every way.
