比較老舊的一個酒店，原來應該叫“國際大廈”，説“雅悦商務酒店”司機都不認識，門口牌子也不顯眼，還是“國際大廈”比較顯眼。酒店比較老舊，應該有年頭了，看圖片就知道了。

房間設施陳舊，下水道有味，洗手盆沒有堵頭，但是房間乾淨，整潔。有小冰箱，有免費水，床很舒服。房間裏可以看到黑龍江。離撫遠口岸，魚博物館，沿江棧道都非常近。吃飯非常方便，停車也方便。總之還是比較滿意。忘記拍房間了！

毛巾很舊，床品房間很乾凈，江景窗户全是蜘蛛網，旅遊旺季也不打掃乾淨，滿眼全是斑點，拍照片都沒有興趣，洗澡乾濕不分離差點受傷青了一塊，地有水太滑了。
前台服務很好，熱情聯繫節前旅遊團和房間。

味道重，老化嚴重，熱水時熱時不熱，房間電源不夠，電視有雪花飄，衞生間有存水，布草質量還可以，服務態度好，就是硬件質量不過關，電器齊全但是不能通電，不能通電的原因是插座沒電。早餐陽光餐廳自助，還可以。吃完沒有2小時鬧肚子，認為跟餐廳食物沒關係！樓下東昇夜市（不開業了），離魚博館步行7，8分鐘，離河邊一道之隔。總之，性價比極低。

酒店位置在撫遠酒店裡最好，緊鄰撫遠口岸，撫遠圖書館和江邊。
酒店設施實在太舊了，去年住過，今年沒有一點改善，有些失望，感覺可惜。

房間設施有些老舊，周邊道路擴修，酒店距沿江公園很近，可感受松花江的氣勢，對岸就是俄羅斯，隔河相望。酒店旁邊的東昇夜市，熱鬧！
