床單破洞，浴巾爛一個很大的洞？，衞生巾異味很重，那個紙也有一股味道，裝修很吵 跟前台溝通後及時解決了，前台服務挺好，衞生環境太差了。

經常在阜陽住酒店，這次看着這家評分還可以，出行也方便，主要帶着孩子想圖個乾淨、清凈，果然沒有失望，前台美女很熱情，主動給我帶的杯子里加水，還主動推薦免費下午茶，房間的衞生床品也很乾凈，不得不説現在的酒店服務真的很捲了，百元左右的賓館都達到星級的服務了，賓至如歸，很好，很温馨，下次來還選擇這裏

春節走親戚預訂了這家店，相當不錯哦，環境很好，停車場也大，還有充電樁，後面還有一個小花園，早餐有餃子，還有麻糊很好喝，服務員很熱情，床品衞生都很乾凈，以後來還住這裏

公司開會訂的這個酒店，會場設施齊全，停車方便，住宿條件在這個價位相當不錯的了，服務也很貼心，有自助洗衣，就是跟前台説了一下衣服在洗，結果會議結束衣服都已經晾好了，早餐很有地方特色，值得推薦

房間很乾凈，服務的很到位，出來慌忙忘記帶洗面奶，前台得知後立即安排客房阿姨送到房間，雖然是一件很小的事但特別的貼心。早餐豐盛，停車也方便，性價比挺高的，以後有機會還會選擇這家酒店。

房間設施齊全，酒店工作人員服務態度很好，這是來住很多次了，每天都打掃的很乾凈，很喜歡這家酒店，工作人員還會寫上小便簽真的很貼心，而且還提供洗衣服務，讓我一個來遊玩的客人真的感覺很方便，很推薦貝殼酒店！

衞生做得不太好，浴室裏和洗漱台地板上有毛髮，馬桶也不是特別乾淨。服務人員態度挺好的，立刻就給我換了一間，但是新換的房間離旁邊的學校特別近，早上六點就被學校起床鈴給吵醒了。早餐類型很豐富，味道也好吃，冬天吃的熱熱的很貼心。我相信這個衞生問題衹是個別現象，希望可以改進吧。

很好，很好，服務衞生各方面都超出預期，離商廈時代廣場很近，逛街很方便，停車場也大，有充電樁可以給汽車充電，就這點必須給好評，之前住其他同等酒店還要開出去找充電樁
