主要是服務不行。
為了跟朋友住一起，方便出行，選擇了朋友在住的這家酒店。現場訂房就比走平台要貴。但當你拿起攜程訂，前台就會開始不高興。
攜程訂單預訂為“中介平台預訂”，11.58就會來電話問退不退房，告知延遲退房衹要超過12點就是20一小時。
詢問攜程的“免費升級”服務時，也衹會説，那都是第三方中介的，我們沒有其他房型。
設施很一般，隔音也一般，同樣價位情況下，推薦其他新的商務酒店。

酒店性價比很高，前台姑娘也很積極熱情，房間裏配的還有洗衣液，需要洗衣服前台也會幫忙，這個價格在臨沂商城能住到這樣的酒店出乎意料!
