剛進房間找一次性拖鞋，找不到，根本沒有，想打電話給前台讓送，發現座機是壞的，然後就準備自己下樓去要，剛要出房間門發現門後的防盜栓是壞的，下樓以後去想問能不能換房間，我還沒問，就衹是説了門後的鎖是壞的，前台説大部分房間的都是壞的，那我就想算了吧 ，要了個拖鞋就回去了，（雖然沒有防盜栓也沒事，，但對我來説沒有安全感），過了一會拖鞋送來了，剛給我的時候拖鞋是好的 我拿到以後準備打開，反了一面發現包裝袋上有不明異物，真的很噁心🤢，地板上也不乾淨，不想多説了，直接看圖。晚上差不多十點到十一點半之間樓上還一直有不知道是不是拖板凳的聲音，房間外面也有不知道是什麼聲音，隔音不是特別好，吵死了，根本睡不着，真的要發瘋，還有一個點，房間了放了三瓶水，礦泉水,冰紅茶,蘇打水，我當時以為是送的，感覺這個酒店還怪好嘞，退房的時候才知道是自費的，直接從按金里扣除，真的很無語，還很貴，不知道你們住過的酒店會不會收水費，反正我之前住的其他酒店都不會收。説這麼多會不會被私信啊（害怕😱），我説這些衹是我自己體驗過後的感覺，希望商家看見了之後能夠有所改善，僅此而已！既然是做酒店的，就應該把最基本的衞生做好，然後再去提高其他方面的一些東西。

大堂電梯一直到房間，太臟了，還有一股子黴味兒。有無數個想退房的念頭無奈實在太晚了，和衣而眠，空調是老式的，吵得要死不能來，洗手間的牆不知道多久沒擦了到處都是污漬

當天晚上我十點半入住酒店，想沖個澡，結果沒有熱水，打電話給前台，前台告知我無法換房間，已滿房，但是卻沒有給我解決這個問題，另外，床上被罩上有明顯污漬，前台告知我是洗衣機的問題，還説一套床品一百多，太貴了，所以才沒有扔掉就繼續用了。被罩不僅有污漬，還爛的不像樣。

早上離店告訴前台床單換一下 結果回來發現不僅床單沒換地都沒拖。房間很臟 床單上也有不知名的東西
