不愧評價這麼高，可以算是實至名歸了，會推薦給朋友的完全不會踩雷的一家店，大家放心大膽來，跟描述的基本沒差工作人員非常專業，講解過程非常有耐心，還解答了不少問題酒店硬件設施都非常不錯，值得一提的是服務人員素質都很高，是一次非常滿意的體驗了

位置挺好，周邊繁華逛街方便，屋子不大，裝修的挺新，弄的挺好。旁邊有那個新華冷飲，那邊好像是大商新瑪特吧，門口各種吃的店都挺多。

房間比較安靜，隔音效果較好！房間裏面打掃得很乾凈，最主要的是床墊不軟不硬，比較適中，睡着比較舒服。老闆很熱情！

地理位置超級好，裝修好，多次入住。就是外賣找不到。前台24小時在電梯口看着。不能隨便進。倒是挺安全，但是不太方便。

訂的90多的有窗房型廁所一直有怪聲（見視頻），老闆説沒有同房型換了，要麼自己加錢住110多的貴房間，要麼給我們換80多的無窗房。按理來説房間有問題又沒有同房型可換的情況下，酒店應該自覺免費升房，怎麼要麼自己加錢，要麼我訂了有窗房給我換無窗的差房間？最後找攜程，攜程出差價給我換了貴房間才解決。
在阜新要呆3天，這家酒店地理位置確實挺好，也懶得換地方了，但是我個人不想續貴的房型，就續了便宜房型。第一天住的是攜程補差價的110多的房間，第二天我自己又訂了80多的，結果廁所還是有怪聲，又是聯繫攜程出差價住回那個110多的房間才解決，房間換來換去的又協商半天，浪費我們大量時間。去補差價的時候，攜程説按攜程價格是補28，老闆還堅持要我們補30，我真的暈死，本來房間有怪聲折騰半天就夠煩了，還要在這糾結兩塊錢。沒辦法又聯繫攜程，攜程客服出面老闆才確認讓我們補28。小賓館確實沒有服務意識，能把人氣死，還好攜程服務很不錯，有問題都能及時出面解決。
