A very old and rundown hotel. There are no windows yet. The smell in the bathroom in the house is very strong.

第一次跟媽媽來到阜新這座城市，因為朋友推薦把原本訂的酒店退了改定了很有名的星光酒店，結果還真是令人歎為觀止啊，提前一週在平台預訂的，到前台詢問是否可以辦理提前入住，前台説沒有看到預約訊息，經過了多番查找才找到，因為衹是臨時住一夜沒有定貴的客房，前台在得知定的是便宜的客房之後態度發生了明顯的轉變，多次詢問花了多少錢，後又説這個房間沒有窗户衹有一份早餐，讓我們把訂單退了在前台訂，我説沒關係不用換，前台一直強調通風不太好沒有窗一份早餐要我退訂單，我詢問是否需要加錢，前台説需要，我説我明天早上有考試不在這裏吃早餐，前台一直強調衹有一份早餐再加一人早餐需要38元，我説我不需要，前台又告知電視不能觀看，沒有開通什麼東西，但是房間介紹上這些設施都是可以正常使用的，我詢問是否因為定的價格便宜才如此，前台説不是，好不容易前台不糾結了辦理完了入住，到了房間，撲面而來的是黴味，打開開關，好傢伙衞生間的排風像拖拉機一樣響，淋浴的熱水放了差不多十分鐘還是冰涼，到前台詢問，告知洗手盆和淋浴水一起放多放一會就熱了，回到房間繼續放水還是冰涼，經過多番嘗試發現是冷熱水接反了跟標誌反方向才會熱，地面沒有做防滑處理也沒有鋪設防滑墊也沒有配備衞生間可以用的拖鞋，毛巾跟抹布一樣讓人無語至極，洗髮水泵頭按了無數次還是不出來最終擰開倒置才可以使用，不知是因為房間價格原因導致各種問題出現還是因為當地這麼著名的酒店就是如此的不堪，如果酒店覺得價格便宜為什麼還要在平台上開通訂房間服務，玩不起就別玩了，酒店也住了不少，從來沒有評價過哪一家怎麼樣，第一次來到阜新這座城市因為一家店對這座城市感受一般，堂堂星光酒店也不過如此，對前台的服務很失望，對酒店更失望

作為一個“紅樹”人，第一次住星光賓館，稍稍有點失望，設施舊可以理解，但是“舊”和“不好用”應該是兩個概念，椅子“搖搖欲碎”、床拼在一起就算了，但是橫着為什麼還有個“稜”呢？馬桶沖一次水開始“長流水”第二天都沒洗上澡、充電器插上就掉...真的是讓人大開眼界了嗷！唯一感覺到熱情的就是兩個保安大哥了！！！
