這個就店位置還行，早餐還行，衞生還可以，就是打掃衞生的有點不地道，我們交了三百按金能理解，退房時事來了，可能我們是外地人吧！説我們把三條毛巾弄上了顏色，我們後趕到酒店後前台服務員説那兩條洗掉了還有一條有顏色🤨我就納悶了請大家看看有什麼顏色，前台説等她們把毛巾顏色洗了再退按金，我想想還是讓他們扣一條毛巾錢算了要不然？讓大家看看這毛巾有顏色嗎？

在網上比較了很多酒店，最終選定凱文，
事實證明選對了，酒店的細節處理不賴。
首先前台服務、客房服務、餐廳服務都贊…
其次環境有獨特的設計感，從大堂到過廊。
房間有免費的礦泉水、紙抽和一次性拖鞋。
衞生間獨立包裝的沐浴露、洗髮露、刮鬍刀…
衣櫃有櫃燈，房間燈多各有各的用處不刺眼。
還貼心備了收費的馬桶套和旅行裝護膚品，
吃的也平價，罐頭、奶、八寶粥、方便麪…
早餐種類豐富且精緻…總之性價比高的酒店。
還有…門前有停車位，周圍飯店好吃不貴，
缺點就是網絡太慢，對面學校多少吵點兒。

這家酒店的位置便利，每一個服務人員都面帶微笑，細緻周到，而且熱情友善，讓人倍感舒適，酒店環境非常不錯，設施很齊全，據説這家酒店已經開業十年 但確實沒有看出太多歲月的痕跡 十年能將環境保持如此的好 足以説明管理到位 不論是服務品質還是衞生細節，都非常到位，無可挑剔 ，給人留下非常深刻的印象。這座小城能有這樣一家用心經營的酒店確實讓人意外 衹要再有機會來阜新 凱文一定是首選！真心不錯[強]

最大的感受是服務禮貌熱情，服務員訓練有素。房間乾淨整潔，床很舒服，早餐吃的很好，種類樣式很多，我們是接近用餐結束時間才去的，但是食物也很充足，想吃什麼都有，下次還會選擇入住！

五一假期從丹東去阜新旅行入住凱文酒店定的是三人間每間200多點，總體感覺還是不錯的性價比較高，特別是酒店的服務態度令人感覺很舒服，酒店有停車位停車方便，酒店位於阜新南站附近位置好吃飯也方便，推薦入住。
