先後共定5晚，先3晚後續2晚（提前三天續住原房），第4天下午，在客人外出期間，未通知客人本人，酒店私自將客人行李和貴重葯品等物品收拾放到前台。諮詢酒店服務人員時回覆説：在電腦上沒看到訂單啊！／真是無語！看不到自家酒店的訂單？？後來是費勁巴拉的找到訂單了！！連一句抱歉都沒有／給朋友訂的房子，體驗感太差了

房間挺大的，比經濟型酒店稍強一些。位置在阜新細河區高新園區。大商場和大飯店基本沒有，但是吃飯的話出門左走約500米有些家常菜館，挺好吃的。服務的話一般般吧，電視挺難調的，找前台，竟然以網速慢為由，有點兒敷衍。最後自己調出來的。

各個方面都滿意 小度智能化很好 唯一不滿意的就是早餐沒有吃的 8點半去的 還有半個小時結束 就什麼都沒有了？你房間住了多少人？你就應該做多少個人的早飯？這樣不好啊！

衞生極差 一掀開被子 發現枕頭上有一根女士長髮 因為是半夜入住 而且還開了幾個小時的車 很累了 就沒有再去找前台 還有洗手盆的膠堵那也有頭髮及灰塵卡在那裡 看着就鬧挺 再一個 早上起來一睜眼 看到棚頂居然還有口罩 真不知道這酒店是怎麼打掃衞生的

房間挺好！前台服務也挺好！唯獨就是早餐，七點開始，八點過去吃飯，就啥都沒有了，服務員説沒有就不沒有了，不再上新了。這點確實不怎麼樣！

設施：房間很大，床上用品很新
衞生：很乾凈
環境：酒店外面有點亂，大概是建築比較多，裏面靠着小區還可以
服務：房間電話不是很好用，枕頭一人就給一個，有點低，再要 2 枕頭，有點費勁，最後就給了一個，這藍色的靠墊不知道酒店是一人一換一清潔嗎？
停車：在地下有免費專門速 8 停車位，感應燈，挺好的，挺乾淨安全。到酒店門前電話前台會幫忙開門的。到房間或者前台，需要自己走一層樓梯，再乘電梯
外賣：很方便（附近有萬達，什麼都有），直接送到房間門口
餐廳：衹能在外面找餐廳，出門左邊走，紅綠燈處有幾家餐廳，可以自選一家
