環境：五星酒店的標準，大堂、早餐廳、走廊、房間的軟硬裝都很不錯
服務：酒店內隨處碰到的服務人員都很熱情，主動幫忙卸行李、引路、開電梯，遇到問題也積極解決
衞生：挺好
設施： 空調沒有暖風，春節幾天挺冷的，幸好送來了暖風機；洗澡水也不夠熱
