"The hotel is very close to the train station, about 5 min walking distance. The staff at the reception is very friendly, and informative about Füssen/the castle. She has also given us free bus ticket. The room we stayed is very cosy. Pink princess style, very clean. Price is quite reasonable. Overall a great experience."

"This is a hotel that integrates restaurants and hotels. The restaurant on the first floor is the guest room upstairs. There are free parking spaces, but there are not many parking spaces (but I don't know if the parking space across the road is not it), it should be first come first stop. There is a good supermarket more than 100 meters away. Very close to the Neuschwanstein Castle attraction, it is only three or four kilometers. The location is still very good. There is no elevator, the room is relatively clean, and the bathroom is spacious enough. If you remember correctly, there should be no air conditioning, but the weather was already cold when we came here, and air conditioning was not used."

"It is very close to the train station, and there is a bus from the train station that goes directly to Neuschwanstein Castle. The overall environment is quite good, the breakfast quality is also very high, and the service is very attentive. I look forward to coming again next time"

"The hotel is located right next to the main train station, just 100 m distance away. There is also a large convenience store just below the hotel, which open till 8:00pm. The old town and St Mang museum is within walking distance. The hotel (as with all other hotels in Fussen) provide a transportation card which cover free bus transfer from the bus terminal (outside the train station) to the Castles' ticket center, which is just 10-15 minutes from Fussen. The bus schedule is available from the reception upon request. Taxi is also quite cheap and a good option if between 2 - 3 persons. Taxi stand is near train station as well. The room are of average size though the toilet is quite small. Breakfast is also average but adequate. May be quite crowded. Take note that you need to hang the ”Clean Room” sign on the door daily, if not the room may not get tidy up. Will be a good option for travelers staying just for 1 or 2 nights with plan to visit the castle due to the close proximity to the train station and bus terminal."

"A very distinctive hotel, just before entering the door, if you have heavy luggage, you need to go up several steps. The available space in the room is not small, including the ability to use some bumps to place luggage, and there are more than ten plugs, which is a bit unexpected. After going out to close the door of the room, you need to turn the key to lock it, otherwise even if you close the door, it can still be opened."

"I stayed here for one night to go to Neuschwanstein Castle. It's about a 5-minute walk from the station, and next door there is a delicious Italian restaurant and a supermarket that opens at 7am. The hotel staff were all kind, and the room was clean. I was a bit concerned that there were only amenities for one person, even though there were three of us staying. However, the breakfast was so delicious that it didn't even matter. There was such a wide variety of food that I couldn't possibly eat it all. It was a very fond memory. I'd definitely like to come back."

"It is a nice location for a walk, but there is a river around it. I was not in good condition and I couldn't use the sauna, but I would like to try it next time. The front desk was kind and some people were hard to speak English, but they responded politely. It was large in a lodge-style room."
