The hotel owner was very friendly and suggested that we take public transport instead of taking a bus to the Swan Castle, which was very convenient. He even treated my wife and me to two beers, and also treated us to breakfast. Although this is a 700 year old hotel.

It is always such a treat when someone opens up their home that is quite historic and to share some of the history with you. The proximity of the property to the train station was so convenient for our family.

It’s a charming 700 years old house, located just in five minutes walk from train station and close to pedestrian street with restaurants and museum of Fussen.
Alex (owner) provided all needed information about the aria and gave us bus tickets to go to castles.
There is a kettle, microwave and small fridge at the room.
