First of all, it was good because it was close to the station and the view was good! The receptionists were very friendly and the restaurant and bathroom were clean and nice! It's good.

When I went there at 4:30 in the afternoon, there was no one around and I couldn't check in. I had to wait for half an hour and then contacted Ctrip customer service before I could get in. I don't recommend it. There is a curtain to separate the mixed gender. I was shocked when I left and the housekeeper said I didn't want it anymore. If you don't show up and make a reservation, you won't be refunded any other money.

沒有女生房間，住宿的位置很好，酒店也很漂亮，設施也很新，但是住宿的人都是男生，酒店不提供女生房間，而且房間的味道非常難聞，有旅客開了一夜燈，總之一夜都沒有睡好。對了，還有很吵很吵的呼嚕聲。

Compact yet cozy. Clean and comfortable.Lication is good. Everything is so well organised Beds are well designed and comfortable. They also provided towels. Only thing the stairs are narrow and there is no elevator .They should provide the city pass on arrival They provided it next day during check out

This place was perfect for our trip! We booked the family room for three adults and three children. Everyone has their own bunk which made for our best nights sleep throughout the whole trip. Entry after hours was a breeze, bathrooms were clean, and we felt safe and secure. In the morning the staff in the Karma cafe were friendly and helpful. I live in Germany now and will 1000% book here again for snow season.
