The location was alright. The room is spacious and clean. However, there were no staff when we first arrived. We have to phone call the staff and waited like 15-20min for them to arrive and check in.

For a visit to Neuschwanstein this is the only reasonable accommodation. Not a lot of options, but at this price there is still more room for improvement in such a remote place.

The entrance is a bit strange - not really inviting and it continues straight into the stairwell. Apartment #2 was very clean and very spacious on two floors. Unfortunately there was no running water in the kitchen 🥴 There is no noise from outside.

Passing through Fussen with my family we booked this hotel for two nights, upon our arrival, after waiting for him to arrive with his scooter for check-in, we were hastily told that the room was not available, they pretended to contact a nearby hotel to check if a room was available. Nothing ! Upon arrival at the other hotel they tell us: -1 that they have never received a call -2 that they are fully booked -3 that it is impossible to find accommodation within 50 km Without words, perhaps it is better not to push people around!
