This is a great place for a family with children. One big room upstairs with three double beds plus dining table and living area (w TV), and another double bedroom, a kitchen, and a bathroom (w shower) downstairs. The staff were nice and they were easy to get hold of, both before and during our stay.

Die Unterkunft ist in jeder Hinsicht empfehlenswert: Der Gastgeber ist äusserst zuvorkommend, die Zimmer sind bestens ausgestattet und gepflegt, das Frühstück ist reichhaltig, das Haus liegt in Fusswegentfernung zum Festspielhaus. Wir waren willkommen und bestens aufgehoben. Es war unser erster Besuch, wir kamen aus der Schweiz wegen einer Musical-Aufführung am 5. August; weder das Hotel noch der Gastgeber waren uns zuvor irgendwie bekannt. Ein schönes Erlebnis - wir werden bestimmt wiederkommen!

Siamo ritornato in questo splendido alberghetto in riva al lago dopo anni e dopo il cambio di proprietà; eravamo innamorati di questo posto prima e lo siamo tuttora. Le stanze e i bagni sono stati rinnovati, quindi appare tutto più nuovo, la colazione per chi ha intenzione di camminare o pedalare parecchio è più che adeguata; il gestore e il personale sono molto cortesi. Avevamo una camera con vista castello che ha rispecchiato in pieno le nostre aspettative. Lo consiglio per una vacanza senza troppi lussi in un luogo che merita di essere visitato.

Pension/Gästehaus direkt am See. Zimmer mit Balkon. Sehr reichhaltiges Frühstück, Wasserspender mit Flaschen im Eingangsbereich, Kaffeespender im Eingangsbereich, Kühlschrank im Eingangsbereich, entweder kauft man Getränke z.B. Bier dort oder man kann eigene Getränke fort kühlen, super! Sehr freundlicher und hilfsbereiter Empfang!

Das Haus liegt direkt am See mit Blick bis zu Schloss Neuschwanstein vom Balkon. Der Kontakt telefonisch und per Mail mit dem Gastgeber war freundlich und zuvorkommend. Spätere Ankunft war kein Problem. Es gibt einen Parkplatz direkt am Haus. Das Haus ist sehr sauber, das Frühstück reichhaltig. Ein Kühlschrank im Foyer plus Wasserstreamer und Kaffeeautomat stehen den Gästen immer zur Verfügung. Die Betreuung war sehr gut und persönlich. Wir würden immer für einen Zwischenstopp bei der Fahrt in den Süden ( oder nach Hause) wiederkommen.
