However, I have a complaint about Ms. May, the teacher at the childcare center. The day before my departure, my child was sent to the children's playground. Because she didn't cooperate with the teacher in an action or game, the teacher threatened to stop her from participating in the subsequent games. This made my child cry and was very sad. After receiving such unfair treatment for spending money, I can only say that I will not be returning. This review also reminds future parents to be more careful about protecting their children.

Because I didn't carefully read your hotel's fine print and didn't accurately declare the number of guests and their ages in advance, as required, I didn't meet the requirements for my stay. I tried to cancel my stay, but they deducted 80% of the room price. Later, thanks to the efforts of Ctrip customer service, I was able to move from a two-room stay of over 5,000 yuan to a stay of over 8,000 yuan. 3. You force us to choose three meals a day, while most hotels offer breakfast at your own convenience. 4. I only learned upon arrival that the on-site hot springs close at 8:00 PM, and the main hot springs close between 9:30 and 10:00 PM. I wasn't informed of this even after calling ahead. It was my bad luck, as I had to hike the west slope of Changbai Mountain early the next day, and I arrived late. One room cost over 3,000 yuan, while the other over 5,000 yuan, both had private indoor hot springs, which I didn't enjoy. Three meals a day were offered, but I ended up getting a premium takeout of three slices of bread in the morning. I negotiated with their service staff, and they politely explained that it was a headquarters policy. I'm going to check which group's brand this is from right now to avoid this scam.
