The room is spacious and exceptionally clean. We loved the Kang-style bed, which felt very authentic and added a charming touch of Northeast China’s culture. The breakfast was fantastic with a good variety of options. The staff were also very nice and attentive, making the stay even more pleasant.
The only downside was the pick-up and drop-off service, which is only available for the airport. This wasn’t clearly mentioned in the package details, leading to some confusion. Overall, it was a great stay with unique cultural elements, excellent amenities, and wonderful hospitality

It was a true delight to stay here. The staff were extremely attentive and helpful. The food was really good, so we had all our meals in the hotel restaurant, also because the nearest town was too far. We went skiing. The shuttle driver was very nice and patient with us. The rooms were beautifully rustic and there was paper-cutting activity at night when we were staying there. We truly enjoyed our time there, because of the comfortable stay and friendly, hospitable staff.

酒店位置很好，華美勝地內相對獨立的山坡上，比較清凈，面對長白山，視野好景色佳，適合休閑度假。酒店設施略顯陳舊，餐飲、服務都不如以前，整體品質下降。

很不錯又驚喜的酒店啊。，在魯能度假區內。全部都是朝鮮族小院落的樣子，房間裏面是東北大炕，床很大，還有地暖的感覺，房間很温暖。前台小姐姐服務也挺好的。早餐的話，東西不算多，但東西還不錯。買的套餐還送温泉，utv，攀巖好多活動，感覺超值，總之滿意的一次住宿體驗，想冬天再來長白山滑雪時還住它家！

這次出行住的原鄉客棧真是太舒服了，酒店服務非常好，剛定完房間酒店那邊就打來電話説到酒店之後聯繫他們拿行李，感謝經理給我升級了套房，酒店房間超級大，90多平，兩張4.7的大炕。真的建議來滑雪的小夥伴來這裏住，滑完雪之後再去泡個温泉回來之後躺在這熱乎乎炕頭，烙烙腰後背腿那叫一個舒服，第二天睡醒之後完全解除頭一天滑雪的疲勞，不光建議南方小夥伴來，北方的小夥伴也一定要來體驗絕不後悔。原鄉餐廳的飯菜也非常好吃，小哥哥炒菜非常好吃，純正東北味道，非常棒。還有我非常感動的就是洗温泉的時候我家的車子懸在雪裡出不來了，温泉部經理親自出來幫忙推車，真太感動了。原鄉酒店的服務非常人性化，根據客人的需求做服務，真是很貼心。我是攜程的鑽石客户很少寫評價的，這次住的太開心了，寫了不少，小夥伴們來體驗絕不後悔。最後補充滑雪場也超級棒。

全家對原鄉民俗酒店很滿意！裝修裝飾是超級特色的東北大炕，寬敞乾淨衞生，各種佈置貼畫很有品味，温馨豪華不突兀，典型的土豪地主大户風格。大套間雖然就一個衞生間，但是聯通的兩個門，還挺方便的。從前台美女小姐姐到餐廳的小姐姐們，廚子小哥服務都特別友善熱情，贈送的權益和鐵鍋套餐體驗感也特別好，味道好，無推銷，一點沒有因為是贈送的而品質划水，鐵鍋套餐我們選的排骨的，純肉排多到吃不完，還送了米飯等。各類權益很贊，特別是雪圈比某達的好玩，温泉也比某達的室內外池子多，洗完全身滑滑的，人少體驗感好，服務也更好，也不像某達温泉、水世界這個洗漱品10元那個儲物櫃30元的充滿套路，降低體驗感。現在住酒店經常會被索要好評，原鄉民俗全程沒有被要求好評，良心推薦！
