入住悦華酒店體驗很不錯，房間舒適，整潔，David經理服務很周到，有問必答，回覆也很快，效率非常高，總體很滿意。酒店權益挺多，尤其麪包學院的活動非常好，小朋友很開心，自己動手做麪包非常有趣！下次假期還會選擇這裏。

團購的住宿，酒店不錯，就是地理位置確實不在中心位置，但是性價比高，服務很到位👍。
建議別騎共享電車，收費有點奇怪，漢拿山打車到悦華才10元，小電車兩輛12元，不划算

帶兩娃去長白山，在網上找的酒店，雖然開業已10多年，但整體依然乾淨整潔，大堂豪華，配套設施齊全。辦理入住後還有專人接待和指引，David服務很熱情。入住酒店還有温泉等其他權益贈送，額外驚喜。孩子們非常喜歡，如果有時間可以住上三天，在度假區裏玩應該也是不錯的選擇。

經理kevin的服務很好，微信上回復很快，有問必答，還幫忙約車，很方便。酒店在園區最裡麪，有免費的小火車擺渡，去哪都方便。早餐種類多，餐廳可以點菜吃午餐晚餐，很方便。酒店有點老了，地毯有味道，衞生間竄煙味，入住當晚發現床單下面有一根長頭髮，第二天讓保潔給換床單了。定的兩間房，其中一間地面不平整有凹陷，感覺可以修整好了再開放。

悦華酒店性價比很高，在這裏住的很滿意，賓客經理David服務很周到，有問必答。經理的服務確實抵消了一點點我在門口受的氣，服務給的分全給經理。當天晚上下着雨，周圍沒有停車位，我帶着長者小孩，把車停在大門外往下拿箱子，保安説我擋路，讓我趕緊開走，自己找車位去！！！使我旅遊的心情變得非常差。晚上在餐廳吃飯，等半天沒人點餐，去前台問，讓我等着，過了一會還是沒人來，我自己去前台點了餐，正在吃，服務員來問是否方便結賬！！太奇葩了，點餐沒人來，結賬來的這麼快，當時七點多，大廳還有很多桌，她挨桌問，也是服了。
