The hotel is in a secluded location. If you want to be closer to the commercial street, this hotel may not be the first choice

The service housekeeper Yu Lingshan provided very good service. We started to contact her before we checked in. After we arrived by high-speed rail, we found that it took two hours to drive to the hotel. During the Spring Festival, taxis were unwilling to accept orders. We contacted Yu temporarily and she immediately helped us find a chartered car. She was very timely and helpful. Later, she provided help for all our problems during our stay. Thank you very much. The temperature in the hotel was very good, but there were not many items. The front desk was not very enthusiastic. There was no communication when checking in. I gave her my ID card and she gave me the room card. Later, I called to ask for the WIFI password and the floor where the breakfast was.

This was an extremely bad stay experience. The hotel communicated with me many times and asked me not to give bad reviews or comments. Now I think back, it's not that Tongcheng can't see the order, but the price is too low and it deliberately doesn't allow reservations. Secondly, the afternoon tea after check-in, I notified that it would be delivered to the room at three o'clock, but it didn't arrive until three twenty. The purpose of my trip was to pick up the airport, and the time was a bit tight. Thirdly, it's the hot spring. The facilities in the hot spring are old, and the slippers should be the worst I have ever seen in Changbai Mountain Hot Spring. When I was soaking in the hot spring, three staff members were cleaning next to me, chattering all the time. You can see the pictures for details and use your imagination. The second thing is the facilities in the room. The floor creaks, the toilet shakes, the bathroom light falls off, and there is no sign of the value of more than 700 yuan everywhere. I wonder if it is still a government reception? The leaders in the Northeast have very low requirements. Haha! According to local friends, it is because the government took over and it has declined seriously. It was still good when it was run by a private owner.
