Others are pretty good, but the service and breakfast are the worst since I stayed in the hotel. Breakfast is gone before the time. The attitude of the front desk is dying. A family of three cannot live in a standard room. You must add 100 to a triple room... I don’t know if the front desk experienced anything when I was young

這是我住過最差體驗的酒店
酒店陽台破，床單被子不舒服
自備毛巾，沒用酒店毛巾不見了怪客户？
早餐也是難吃死！！！
尤其早上，會有人直接刷卡進房間！！！！！！！！

房間很好，雖然屋裡有地毯，但是也非常乾淨.床和枕頭非常舒服，這幾天終於好好睡了一覺，離西景區服務中心超級近，出了大門兒就是了，周圍吃飯很方便環境很好，有的房間還能看到山景

在長白山西坡集散地裏，如果開車自駕，是沒有停車場🅿的，還不能隨意停，早上交警會驅趕。設施不是頁面説的新開，是接管其他酒店的樣子，地毯是黃土色，看起來不乾淨，也許是季節性開門，所以不會很日常清理。絕不是舒適型，衹能是按位置需求的賓館。

環境：離池西集散點很近，幾步路，購票諮詢都很方便，酒店出來往後面走有很多吃的，還有超市
衞生：沒啥大問題
服務：工作人員都蠻客氣的
設施：有個小陽台，帶根晾衣繩，洗曬衣服比較方便

住宿體驗感極差。早上不到七點突然有男人進來也不敲門也不説話，還好我們是兩個人一起住的，一個人住嚇都嚇死。我們都沒退房，不知道為什麼有人來查房 非常不安全。然後隔音也很差，樓道一直在吵什麼什麼查房也不管顧客是不是在休息。真的無語死，住這麼多次酒店第一次給差評

意外之喜，非常乾淨，價格不貴，出門20米就是景區檢票口，周圍乾淨整潔，王姐燒烤味道很不錯，對面的早點小米粥很粘稠，包子味道也不錯

帶孩子去長白山西坡，住這裏的選擇是對的，雖然停車的地方不在酒店門口，但也不遠，很方便，最主要西坡的遊客中心就在樓下，早上去陽台就可以看見遊客中心排隊人，不錯
