the room was clean but we arrived at a rather off peak hour - attempted to use the indoor swimming pool but the water was too cold and the pool definitely did not look as advertised. was informed by the staff to avoid wading in the pool as the tiles were cracked

小鹿很出彩，對人很友好，孩子喜歡和小鹿玩。贈送的自助晚餐烤串、烤蝦還不錯，提高了房間性價比。泳池池底好多馬賽克都起來了，有些紮腳，水25度左右對小孩子有些涼，水不太乾淨。服務挺不錯。

設施總體水平在西坡度假酒店裡算新的，看中了這點選的鉑爾曼，買的6項權益套餐，比不含權益的貴300多一晚，實際體驗後不推薦買套餐。理由如下：1、送機一定要拼滿座才給發車，約了10點送機，結果同航班臨時增加兩個人，要求我們也提前到9點半發車，説是為我們好怕堵車，難道加的人是尊貴的會員？到出發時間，大堂又説我出發太早了，妥妥被耍了一回，實際價值15公里出租車33元。攜程酒店頁面清清楚楚寫着可越班車，也可約專車，做不到就不要宣傳。2、自助晚餐衹能吃一次，那怕買了兩晚的酒店套餐；3、送往西坡遊客集散中心2公里，實際價值出租車起步價10元；4、萌寵樂園2隻鹿，餵食需要買糧，衹要住店都能玩。5、旅拍給兩套服裝免費體驗，不帶其他任何服務。

酒店離長白山天池西坡的集散中心很近，打車 5 分鐘，走路半個小時～酒店有接駁車來回但是有時間限制，我去的時候是早上 9:00 去，下午 4:00 回，如果買早一點的景區票可以蹭車來回省 40 塊錢挺划算～

優點：酒店環境很好，服務也很棒。缺點：業務不熟練，能辦理入住的人太少，可能也是長期入住率低導致的。酒店本身沒啥意思，到遊玩服務內容很多，挖人蔘不錯。漂流時間太長，太原始荒涼。住這裏一定要自駕
