English speaking receptionist, very helpful and even shared his wechat. Hotel is great,Changbaishan is good for a weekend getaway, slopes are very short, not worth of longer than 2 days. Great hotel, great amenities including water park for kids!

My family had a wonderful experience staying at Jin Suites. The location is great because our room is just across the Wanda Ski Center. McDonald’s, KFC and Pizza Hut are right below our room. Hotel service was great, especially front desk Vito Fan who met our requests in a heartbeat. The living room with two adjoining bedrooms provided more space, especially to store our ski gear. Minimart at the lobby area was convenient too! Will book this hotel again when we visit Changbaishan in the future.

Resort was crowded & Hotel is kind of old, bed not that comfortable but the housekeeping team did a good job. Room was clean & 保洁阿姨very generous with the bottle water. Thank you so much. Front desk reception Vito 小弟very helpful & friendly. Patiently helped me to call up & arrange for me to go to the restaurant I want to go. I couldn’t call my 出租车师傅from room & Vito immediately call him for me & even helped me to add 微信. Breakfast was average. But the western food restaurant at hotel level 1 was not bad. The minus point was, very difficult in fact not possible to use hotel wifi if you do not have 微信. My children were very upset over this because this is the first time they cannot direct connect wifi in a 4-5 star hotel. Restaurants inside the resort nothing great & not cheap. Preferred to take taxi to go outside to eat.
Tip:- try calling restaurants that were less than 2km away. Most of the time they can send their driver to pick you up to their restaurant & send you back after that.

This time I brought my parents and son to Changbai Mountain for a self-driving tour. I originally wanted to choose Park Hyatt. In the end, I chose Wanda Jinhua Suites Hotel after weighing the pros and cons. It was more fun for the whole family to live in one room. Wu Haoyu at the front desk was very enthusiastic and patient. He contacted me before checking in. He explained the rights and interests to us and answered various questions. In the morning, he told us about the weather in Changbai Mountain and gave us a beautiful small gift. Thank you very much. Because it was the off-season, there were very few people for breakfast and going to Changbai Mountain. The canyon plank road on the west slope was even more exclusive! Changbai Mountain, as the sacred mountain of the three northeastern provinces, is really worth a visit!
