整整一週的假期在這度過，各方面都非常滿意，尤其是服務，從入住前台幫忙各種提醒，給了很多小tips，然後餐廳的服務也非常到位，在酒店吃了兩頓晚餐自助，燒烤味道很不錯👍貼別感謝禮賓部2號管家，從啟程前就一直各種提醒，從接機到入住，各種遊玩項目提醒，從天氣到遊樂設施，無微不至！幫忙安排叫車和漂流項目等等，最幫忙的是因為回程飛機較晚，幫忙給超級延遲了退房🫰🏻這次假期在喜來登體驗超好！冬天一定再來👌

時間比較久的酒店，設施比較老舊，衞生一般，特別要説的是床品，和酒店實在不匹配，還不如快捷酒店，被罩和被芯一直分離狀態，被芯發黃還臟，被罩也不是純棉的，一種滌綸感，特別不好的感受。自助早餐也不太好吃。值得表揚的是，去天池回來晚了，很好的給了延遲退房。如果來長白山玩，還是建議多體驗下別的酒店。

本打算逛西坡，所以選擇住在萬達。可惜天不遂人願，連着下了三天的雨，沒看成衹能轉戰北坡了。不過幸好定在了這裏，有的玩有的吃也不無聊。酒店本身無功無過，硬件也都保持的還好。禮賓管家4號服務超棒，主動熱情答疑解惑，辦事迅速又靠譜，在入住期間給了我們很多幫助。

酒店工作人員非常耐心，先給我們升級了親子房，但孩子大了不喜歡，又給我們升級成了套房。住宿期間感覺非常好，酒店也比周邊的幾家大一些，住的很舒服，強烈推薦一家三口四口住

房間蠻大的，攜程黑鑽的權益給升了行政樓層，但是酒廊居然不開放，威斯汀的開放但是喜來登的客人不能用。一號管家蠻好的送了人蔘香皂。走到商業街蠻近的，後門有小路走，但是温泉要走十分鐘。

總體不錯，老牌五星酒店，在萬達也是在酒店羣靠邊的位置，從正面走比較遠，但是從背面走比較近。遇到天氣好所以感受還是挺不錯的。早餐比westin.稍微差點點，位置比westin.好。

對於這個檔次這個價格的酒店來説，應該能是這輩子住過最差的了設施：非常老舊，沒有檔次衞生：入住當天關燈看見地下全是灰，入住當天床單就是這樣臟的，不知道什麼東西，噁心極了，一宿沒睡好，第二天客服阿姨換了好幾個都是臟的，被子巨沉，睡覺非常累，枕頭特別高，服務業態度****，一問三不知環境：長白山壞境很好，酒店內部環境很差服務：遊樂區、温泉、水樂園的服務巨差，跟顧客一副幹仗的架勢，有幾個好的，其他都很欠兒，菜品非常難吃，我和我老公屬於腸胃好的，但是吃了兩天他家的飯菜第一天早餐過後我胃疼，噁心，難受兩天，第二天晚餐後我老公胃疼哇哇吐酒店前台管家推薦的項目不要去，高於市場價很多，免費接送的都敢要你120車費整個酒店混亂不堪，無論是吃、住、玩都非常糟糕還有更雞肋的就是酒店贈送項目排隊時間完全不合理，在旺季裏就是純純浪費時間排隊，收費的倒是很容易玩到，非常不值得，贈送項目品質不高，不值得那麼遠排隊去玩，所以不要炫這個酒店，一去一個後悔、和五星完全不搭邊，純坑錢在這種變化莫測的天氣裏，管家沒有服務提醒一下天氣穿衣服，沒有提醒酒店有什麼活動，能趕上全得靠運氣，週三週日有漂亮煙花，都是我們自己偶然發現問路過的工作人員，（非酒店人）整個混亂的毫無體驗感

這次旅行先住了兩晚凱悦，之後轉到了喜來登。下午泡完温泉過來辦入住時，正好趕上人多，辦理稍慢了點，但等待時意外撞上了親子活動，真是個小驚喜！帶着孩子全程參與下來，體驗特別好——尤其是那位台灣腔的小姐姐，特別敬業，全程活力滿滿地跟孩子們互動，感染力超強，一開場就把我因為上一家酒店的不愉快攢下的負面情緒全給化開了。進了房間更覺舒心，乾淨明亮，處處透着整潔舒適，那一刻才真正有了度假的鬆弛感。隔天去長白山天池，西坡因為發現東北虎活動，所以衹開放了天池，森林景區暫時關閉了，但當天天氣格外晴朗，視野開闊得很，天池全貌看得清清楚楚，美得讓人挪不開眼。最貼心的是，不管想去哪玩，酒店都能幫忙叫車，價格實在又方便。臨走時媳婦和孩子都念叨着沒住夠，下次再來長白山，肯定還選這兒！聽説9月底北京到長白山西的高鐵就開通了，到時候四個半小時就到，比飛機方便，期待下次再會😊
