Honestly an amazing hotel. Great service and very helpful staff. It’s an old hotel but they’ve maintained it well. Highly recommended for a week worth of snow activities. Hotel also provide booking services beyond skiing/snowboarding like ice fishing.
Only downside is that it’s a bit far away from the ski field entrance.

Clean, friendly, buffet is good. Easy to access with Sky pass provided. A one of the good choices if stay in the ski village.

Great hotel, directly next to the skiing slopes. Breakfast and service also excellent. I would come again and can recommend it.

Great location and facilities. The staff was really helpful ; special thanks to Chloe who went out of her way for us. She was very caring and made our experience amazing. We would definitely go back!

I haven 't had so many impressions yet . Since I have been a member of the Marriott club for a long time . I 've been to many Marriott Ritz Sheraton hotels . Seeing this , I was shocked . Let 's start in order . It will be very difficult to find English - speaking staff at the hotel ( but these are small things ) . There is no mini bar in the rooms , it is simply locked with a key , I understood that they were just too lazy to count who drank what , juice , water , there is no convenience here . Next , bare wires stick out of the socket for 3 days . The room is falling apart before our eyes ) and we will finish with a terrible view of the roof facade . $ 500 . 2-3 stars would be fine , but it says 5

All staff treated my family with kind and respect. They explained everything that I need to know even though they were very busy. Especially Kelly Li was the best staff. She was very kind and explained in Englsih to me.
That's whyI could have good memories here with my family.
