地理位置很好，門口有個大停車場，離長白山檢票口步行不超過三分鐘、服務很好，免費幫助買長白山票，免費做旅遊攻略，滑雪票，漂流票特別便宜，冬釣、冬捕、騎馬 、全地形坦克、 ATV 越野摩託車、UTV 卡丁車，還有冰火鍋，在她家買價格非常實惠，去北坡、延吉、雪嶺都能免費幫忙拼車出行方便，接待朋友很適合，下次還會來。

酒店位置好停車方便，房間舒適衞生，老闆娘特別熱情，無論是租車，吃飯，還有去景區選場地，都是服務特別周到細緻，還自己出錢給我們墊付，免費提供感冒葯，免費提供暖貼，我們是集團來拍攝，有對公賬户很正規，房間數也多，真的非常感謝！東北人真的太好了！

這次入住的體驗太棒了！本來預訂的是普通房型，沒想到老闆人特別好，直接給我免費升房了。新房間寬敞明亮、整潔舒適，設施也非常齊全，讓我有一種賓至如歸的感覺。酒店位置也不錯，周邊交通便利，附近還有很多美食。從服務到硬件設施，都能感受到酒店的用心和專業。以後有機會來這邊，肯定還會選擇這家酒店，也推薦給大家！

衝著老闆娘的服務和態度都必須打滿分好評的。酒店在長白山西坡山腳下，吃飯也方便。出行，老闆也可以幫忙叫車。滑雪啥都可以有一條龍服務。西坡山腳下的小公園逛逛也很奈斯哦。

房間衞生乾淨整潔，老闆娘特別熱情，服務態度很好，免費給我們升級了房型，地理位置也很好，景區走兩步就到了，老闆娘怕我們冷還貼心的給了暖爐，住了三晚睡的都很好，超出預期的一次體驗！

很滿意的入住體驗，環境很好，24 小時前台非常熱情，免費提供當地的旅遊攻略，免費幫忙拼車服務，離西坡檢票口大約 300 米遠， 辦理入住快，房間設施齊全，床也舒服，房間免費的 wife 和當地的有限電視節目，滑雪温泉價格確實很便宜 ，還有雪地摩託車、漂流，去長白山西坡建議在這裏落腳，還有老闆娘服務態度很好有求必應！

酒店離長白山西坡檢票口很近步行兩分鐘
酒店部分新裝修，衞生很乾凈！
酒店有自己的免費停車場🅿️其他酒店幾乎沒有自己的停車場，她家停車場很大，好多導遊車都停在她家門口遊客下車往檢票口走，
酒店給免費升級了房間，還給延遲了退房
酒店附近都是各種美食小吃
她家帶雪票，很便宜兩個大人一個小孩子 200 元，別的地方上千元，還有温泉，性價比很高[強]

衞生 ：衞生環境優秀，床品，屋內乾淨整潔，空氣清新
環境：大廳和走廊裏會有淡淡的清香，服務人員見面會主動問好，大堂音樂也很考究，環境很舒適。
服務：服務非常好，周邊旅遊免費指導，免費幫忙拼車服務，大廳葯箱裏葯備的特別全。
這次來長白山旅行收穫特別多，當晚入住，胃疼，朋友心臟又不舒服，沒想到她家備着暖胃驅寒葯，主要是心臟病的葯備了好多種，太感謝，因為葯店需要九點之後開門，老闆娘還送我們兩盒葯，怎麼説呢老闆娘很大氣心地還善良，加微信早上第一時間通知我們能否登山，還有叫醒服務，西坡她家首選[強]
